Tie knot embroidered banana leather bag
A sculptural bag crafted from white banana leather, hand-embroidered with floral motifs inspired by the flowers my mother would draw. The soft, curved form is finished with a zip closure and tie-knot fastening, threaded through a hand-carved wooden detail. The contrast of delicate embroidery, fluid knots and carved wood brings together personal memory, craftsmanship and contemporary form.
