Height
Measure from the top of your head to the floor while standing straight.
Bust
Measure around the fullest part of the bust with the tape flat and snug but not tight.
Waist
Measure around your natural waistline, which is the narrowest part of your torso.
Hips
Measure around the widest part of your hips and buttocks, standing with your feet together.
Inseam
Measure from the crotch down the inside of the leg to the ankle or desired pant length.
Sleeve
Measure from the center back of your neck, across the shoulder, and down the outer arm to the wrist.
