Daniel coat

A long tailored coat crafted from soft banana leather, cut in an elongated, clean silhouette. The coat features sharp shoulders, a deep open front, and exaggerated lapels that fall into a fluid line down the body. Its structured shape is softened by the supple quality of the banana leather, allowing the garment to move with ease while maintaining its architectural form.

Covering the entire surface is delicate hand embroidery in a tonal thread, tracing fine stems, blossoms, and curling leaves across the coat. The floral motif is inspired by the flowers my mother used to draw when we were children, translating those early memories into a pattern that feels deeply personal and nostalgic. The embroidery runs continuously across the lapels, sleeves, and length of the coat, turning the piece into both a garment and a memory carried forward.
